How do we support you?


We provide in-house, or on-site training to our partners to ensure they know exactly how to work with our systems, whether that is installing them securely and correctly or integrating their solution to solve your business need. We’re also able to to train sales and technical teams on all of our products to help installers and integrators proposition our offering competently.

Technical Support

Our dedicated technical team is always on hand to help with guidance, advice and instructions on any operational or installation queries you may have. Whether it’s getting our readers set up, a problem with using them, you need to integrate with a new software or you simply need to know if the reader has the capability to provide you with a solution to a problem you’re having, our team can point you in the right direction to make sure that you are always getting the most out of your reader, right from day one.


We also offer free demonstrations of our products, to show you exactly how they work and the potential they have to help you with your access control needs. So whether you want to know how to use the product yourself, or you’d like an ievo representative to accompany you to an end-user meeting, we’re always on hand to help you get the most out of your ievo biometric fingerprint readers.

In order to help process support queries as quickly and efficiently as possible, we utilise the Team Viewer tool, which enables us to remotely take control of your system so we can diagnose any issues you may be having.
